What is TtV?
Through the Viewfinder photography (TtV) is defined as taking a picture of any subject through the viewfinder of any camera with another camera.
The bottom camera or viewing camera must be in one piece as its original intention, a camera.
Color and contrast manipulation is commonplace but not essential.
I was wondering about TTV. My grandfather passed last week and left to me was an Argus 75. I was doing research about the camera and came across TTV pictures on Flickr. It then lead me to your blog. It is an interesting process and all. Why would you not use film? should I build a box and start shooting through the viewfinder? hmmm. some thinking to do….
